1. Advance Payment
Requirement
50% deposit is mandatory to confirm all tour bookings (domestic/international) upon itinerary acceptance.
Peak season exceptions: Full payment required immediately for bookings during festivals (Diwali, Christmas) or high-demand periods.
2. Payment Methods
Accepted channels for deposits/balances:
Bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/SWIFT) to company accounts
Cheque deposits (subject to clearance; bookings activate post-clearance)
Digital gateways (UPI, PayPal - service fee applies)
Credit/debit cards (95% traveler preference 9)
⚠️ Cheque bounce policy:
Post-bounce, clients must repay within 48 hours or risk automatic cancellation.
Post-departure bounces incur 100% penalty + bank charges.
3. Balance Payment Schedule
Due date: 10 weeks (70 days) before tour commencement.
Late payment: Automatic cancellation with deposit forfeiture if balance is unpaid by due date.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

30-55 days 25% refund + deposit voucher
<30 days 0% refund 2

5. Flexible Rebooking
Date changes: Permitted once without fees (subject to availability) if requested
>30 days pre-departure.
Deposit protection: Non-refundable deposits can be applied to future tours within 2 years
